Yeh Hai Mohabbatein December 19th Episode Written Update: Both Mihika and Mihir try to convince their family members about their relationship. Both the families vehemently oppose their marriage.

Raman alerts his brother about the nature of women. He portrays the character of a women-hater in himself, as he says that women are practical and calculative and they can never have any emotion. In Mihika's family Ishika supports her sister.

On Ishika's proposal, Raman and Ishika meet each other in a coffee shop to discuss over the matter. Dialogues are wonderfully written in this portion. Ishika quite maturely says that, as elders they have the sole duty to protect the relationship between the younger ones. She shows the character of a tender and affectionate sister and raises the question, why the differences between the two families will affect the love between Mihir and Mihika. Raman rudely refuses Ishika's proposal.

While returning, fortune brings Raman and Ishika close to each other. Raman saves Ishika from a group of wicked auto drivers, who were following and taunting her with lewd remarks. A severe storm and rain set in.

A deserted road and a villainous weather make two people, who were fighting and arguing over an issue a little bit ago, friendly to each other. A soft romance begins under the shield of tough reserve.

The two board the same auto rickshaw to come home. Raman's mother and sister get annoyed when they notice the two to get down from the same auto. Ishika again shows an ethical character while her fiancée calls and she tells him the truth that she is with Raman. The fact impresses Raman.
