Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 2 January 2nd Episode Written Update: Anjali comes to the temple trust and ignores her parents. Anjali tells Niloufer that her parents should be removed from the ashram and Niloufer is shocked. She tells them to first sign the papers stating their approval to leave and then leave the ashram. Aastha and Shlok move in opposite directions.

A crying Aastha determines that she will tell her family the truth about her relationship with Shlok. She reaches home and embraces Kalindi and Aai. Then, Avdhoot comes and she is surprised and hugs him. Kalindi informs her that Niranjan got him released from jail. Aastha thinks of the difference between Niranjan and his son Shlok.

Varad gets a clue on the person who published the news of Avdhoot’s arrest and Sojal gets tensed. Kavya comes and asks Sojal to see her book and Sojal reprimands her. Varad gets angry with Sojal and tells her to be a better mother.

Shlok calls Suresh in the office and asks him why he sent Avdhoot’s file ahead when he had instructed him not to. Suresh says he is unaware of this and calls the person he had informed not to send the file. The person on the other side of the phone tells him that Suresh had called him again from the same landline number telling him to forward the file. Suresh is shocked and Shlok tells him to find the person soon as it has affected his family’s name.

Anjali presents the legal document as the first present to Niranjan. He is pleased and he reminds her of the second present. Anjali tells him that she will try her best. He notices Anjali barefoot and orders her to wear slippers henceforth.
