Qubool Hai 22nd January written Episode: Zoya becomes angry with Asad as he has spent the whole night out of home without informing anyone. Asad apologises and says that he was too upset with the recent incidents. Asad tells Zoya that she is the chief priority in his life and he will never let her be unhappy.

Humeira and Haider are all set to start for home. Humeira thanks Haider for not indulging in getting close to her, in the last night. Haider notices that Humeira has started falling for him.

Razia comes to know that Asad has instructed the bank executive to freeze the company account, so that Razia cannot be able to make transactions. Asad tells her that he can do this as a co-owner of the company. Razia threats Asad that he will never be able to win against her. She tells that Rashid was a servant of her company and Asad too, is nothing but a servant.

Asad calls a press meeting and declares that he is taking the position and the responsibilities of Mr Rashid Ahmad Khan, in the company Siddiqui & Sons. He also declares that Mr Gafur Ahmad Siddiqui is retiring from the post of CEO.

Farhan takes an appointment from a Psychiatrist for Nikhat. Nikhat again and again tries to establish that she has no mental illness and she does not need a Psychiatrist. Farhan tells her that the other family members are too upset with Nikhat and he must take Nikhat to the doctor, for their mental peace. And there is no harm in visiting the doctor’s chamber, even if Nikhat is alright. Nikhat agrees to go with Farhan.

Just before Nikhat is about to get ready for the visit, Haseena pretends to talk with the doctor over phone. It seems from her conversation that she is making some conspiracy with the doctor against Nikhat. Nikhat now denies to go to the doctor’s chamber. She tells Farhan that she has heard Haseena conspiring with the doctor. She says that if she goes there, something bad will happen with her. When Farhan tries to calm her down she becomes more violent and uncontrollable. Haseena tells Farhan to call the doctor at home.
