Yeh Hai Mohabbatein 14th January written Episode: In the housing complex where Raman and Ishita live, the Punjabis are busy in the arrangement of Lori festival, as the new year has arrived. The Madrasis are celebrating Pongal on the very same day. Ishita’s flat has been beautifully decorated for the festival and they are enjoying a lot with the guests. Raman’s mother has no mood to celebrate Lori. Raman’s father decides to do something to make her smile. He becomes busy in the arrangement of the festival. Ishita’s father joins her.

Ruhi tells her mother that she is suffering from toothache. She also informs her that Ishita is a dentist. Shagun promptly calls Ishita. Getting her call Ishita immediately leaves for her clinic. In the clinic, when Shagun is busy in phone, Ruhi tells Ishita that she actually does not have toothache, she pretended to have it just to meet Ishita.

Shagun gets a call from home and comes to know that Ashok is leaving for London all of a sudden. She becomes doubtful about his behavior. She thinks that Ashok has started avoiding her. She decides to go back home immediately. She leaves Ruhi in Ishita’s care for a few hours. Ruhi is much delighted for this unexpected incident.

Raman’s client, who has met Ishita knowing that she is Raman’s wife, expresses his desire to see the Lori festival with his family. On a slip of tongue Mihir says that he can go to Raman’s house as Raman’s mother celebrates it in a grand way. The client becomes much excited and he says that he will be visiting Raman’s place in the evening, with his wife and children. Raman fails to make up the situation.
