Posani Krishnamurali is known for making weird films. He is a proven story and screenplay writer. However, when it comes to filmmaking, he failed as a director. The basic duty of a director is to explain what is in his mind in an interesting way and not just presenting the day-to-day happenings that occur in real life, as the people get bored of watching them regularly on small screen. This time, he has decided to disrobe the political system and hence titled the film Dushasana.

Story: The film starts with a man who has resemblances of Che Guevara (Srikanth), who claims to be a common man, preaches the values of a socialist society. After three or four scenes, the police enter the scene and take him into custody and the court orders them to admit him in a mental asylum. After admitting him in the mental hospital, he thrashes the doctors and hospital staff and takes away the police jeep. He kidnap's Chief Minister’s (Balayya) daughter (Sanjjana) with the help of a news channel reporter (Tashu Kaushik).

He demands that he should be allowed to move freely in the society. He targets three ministers (Kota Srinivasa Rao, Chalapati Rao and Tanikella Bharani) and goes to their houses claiming that they were not resolving the problems faced by the people and slaps them with footwear in full public view. However, the condition of CM’s wife turns critical and the common man allows the latter to speak to her parents. Then, she reveals the truth that she was not really kidnapped but she is staying with him intentionally. what happens next should be seen on-screeen.
