The Telugu audiences could once again understand why the producer of earlier times preferred novels to make films after watching Madhumasam. It is a really clean entertainer and had all kinds of elements that could attract all classes of audiences. Especially, Chandra Siddharth did a wonderful exercise on the screenplay which ultimately came out with excellent quality.
Sanjay (Sumanth) is a practical man. He looks everything practically and doesn\'t have any soft corner towards love. He thinks it is all trash and never cares for the emotional part in life. His parents (Chalapati Rao and Kavita) always honour his feelings. His uncle and aunt want to get their daughter (Seema) married to Sanjay, but the latter always evades an answer.
On the other hand Hamsa Vahini (Sneha) is the daughter of Ramanatham (Giribabu). She works in MAA TV. Hamsa\'s sister commits suicide due to family disputes and her brother in law continues to pester them for his balance dowry, despite his wife\'s death. He threatens to kill Ramanatham or marry Hamsa.
