Om Shanti telugu movie with tag line "five stories plus one truth" deals with story of five characters Anand (Navdeep), Teja (Nikhil Siddhartha), Meghana (Kajal Aggarwal), Noori (Bindu Madhavi) and Anjali (Aditi Sharma).

The movie will be starting with terrorism where serial bomb blast in Hyderabad. In which, Navdeep is doing a role of software engineer, Kajal as the college student and Nikhil as the aspiring actor (Next Ravi Teja).
