Paisa has sound production values and Sai Karthik's soundtracks and brilliant background score are the main attraction in the technical front. Santosh Rai's camera work is another big strength of the film. Thiyagurajan's editing is good, but chopping a few unnecessary scene would have made the film even better watch. Other technical departments have done commendable job.
‘Paisa’ is a movie that will not give you a paisa vasool experience at the Box Office. Despite some good efforts from Nani, this movie will face huge challenges at the Box Office. Poor technical values, lack of an engaging screenplay and low entertainment value will hurt the film.
The first half of the film has three beautiful songs, a chase scene and a few comedy moments. The movie runs on same pace and an interesting twist at the interval bang sets a momentum for the narration. However, the second half fails to carry forward this mood and it bores the audience.
Commercially, ‘Paisa’ might be a safe venture for Yellow Flowers if proper promotions are planned. As audience considered the product stale, strong positive mouth talk can only lift the business. Watch ‘Paisa’ with least or no expectations, it’s sure you can feel the right KV kick.
Apart from Nani's performance there is nothing much to talk about Paisa. Krishna Vamsi failed execution let the film down. There are few impressive moments in the film, but those are not enough to hold the film together.
