Ramesh Varma directorial and Ravi Teja starrer Veera has been released. The director has tried to bring the actor on the lines of Balakrishna and Chiranjeevi in the action-packed movie. But violence, Tapasee excessive skin show, wrong placement of songs, comedy and action scenes have spoiled the movie.

Story: Veera Venkata Satyanarayana aka Veera (Ravi Teja) is the son of a landlord (Nazar). But his step mother (Roja) and step sister (Sridevi) stay in city away from them. Meanwhile, his father gets killed from a goon and Veera too murders him. However, a big industrialist (Subbaraju) plans for a power project in their village and wants to vacate the entire village and takes the help of a local don Rayudu (Pradeep Rawat). But Veera halts their efforts. At this juncture, Veera marries Kabaddi Chitti (Kajal) and his brother marries the daughter of commissioner of police.

Meanwhile, Rayudu attacks their house and kills everyone in his family including his wife Chitti, step-mother and Veera’s personal assistants and workers. Irked over this, Veera kills Rayudu. After a few years, Veera comes to know that his sister married ACP Shyam (Shaam) and he is a strict police officer. Being a strict police officer, he develops rivalry with a local don (Rahul Dev), who kidnaps Shyam’s son Moksha and kills him. What happens next should be seen on-screen.
