Chiranjeevi's Birthday function

On the occasion of his birthday, Chiranjeevi held a function to celebrate the evant the guests of which included HIV affected children. The programme during which the children danced to his hit songs was co sponsored by Maa TV. In addition to the event there were performances by Nikhita, dance master Ashok and Shiva Reddy. Also on the occasion, the prestigious Allu Ramalingaiah memorial award was given to Dharmavarapu Subramanyam.

The whole stage came to life when star Pavan Kalylan came and he was asked to give away prizes recognizing merit and various other services. On particular number of Shankardada MBBS, Allu Arjun cound not keep him self off the stage-he came on to the dais and danced. On the arrival of Chiranjeevi, the birthday boy, the whole stage and audience sreverberated with joy and cheers. Also a part of the function was to celebrate the audio release of his forthcoming film Stalin. And it was officially released in to the market by his brother Pavan Kalyan. The birthday cake was cut by Chirnajeevi amongst about a hundred HIV affected children.

On this occasion Chiru spoke for the need of donating blood, eyes and taking care of HIV + ve children. He said he wanted to do more towards help of the the needy and he urged every one to forward and help the society. Suddenly to the surprise of every one, he called on his son Ram Sai Charan on stage and called producer Aswini Dutt and put Ram Charan hands into Dutt's hands. He said that from now onwards Mr.Dutt will look after Ramcharan and the people people should look after Ramcharan. This programme took place at Telugu Lalita Kala Thoranam, Hyderabad.
