Meera Chopra's unethical practice

By Super Admin

The release of Satyam Sivam Sundaram directed by Tamil director Siddique with Nithin and Meera Chopra in the lead was already delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances. Though the shooting of the film was started long ago, it took a very long time to complete the film. Already the producer Srinivasa Raju is in financial mess due to various reasons regarding this project. Finally, the film was scheduled to release on December 8. Now, the latest development is that the heroine of the film Meera Chopra had filed a case and took a stay order on the release of the film. In her case filed in the Metropolitan Court against the producer, she alleged that the producer still vowed her a part of her remuneration and sought its payment before the release of the film. The court posted the next hearing on December 12. It may be mentioned here that Meera Chopra made her debut in Telugu films with Bangaram of Pawan Kalyan. Surprisingly, the money which was due to the heroine is very negligible in terms of film industry's budget. When contacted, the producer Srinivasa Raju admitted that the banner vowed her a part of her remuneration. He says, 'We have to pay her just Rs 40,000, but now she is demanding more money claiming the delay in the shooting. Moreover, we just learnt that she had a bad history of quarrelling with everyone in her earlier projects.' It is learnt that Nithin's father had come forward to settle the issue amicably. Let the elders in the industry come forward and convince Meera Chopra to stop such unethical practices
