Vikram Krishna is dubbing a successful Tamil film directed by Tarun Gopi into Telugu and renaming it Pogaru. The audio of Pogaru was released at Fortune Katria Hotel in Hyderabad on Sunday amidst several film personalities in Hyderabad. Vishal of Prema Chadarangam and Pandem Kodi fame are being cast opposite each other along with Reema Sen and Shriya Reddy in this film. RP Patnaik was the chief guest and unveiled the audio. He handed over the first cassette to Vishal. Producer Vikram Krishna, lyricist Vennelakanti, writer Bharatibabu, Mayuri Sudhakar, Kandikonda, Kamna Jethmalanai, Navaneet Kaur, Shriya Reddy, pop singer Smitha, 'Adtya' Dayanand and Raghu Kunche attended the programme. Hero Vishal wished the film success much like his earlier successes Prema Chadarangam and Pandem Kodi. Music by Yuan Shankar Raja would take the audiences places. Director Tarun Gopi did an extraordinary work in this film. It is a action-oriented film and also an entertainer.'
Music director RP Patnaik says, 'Yuvan Shankar Raja is a talented music director. I wish the audio would be a big hit. I also wish the film a big hit.' Vennelakanti says, 'There is a good depth in Vishal's performance and Yuan Shankar Raja's music would enthrall the audiences as they were already proved a hit in Tamil.' Producer Vikram Krishna says, 'Our father had kept a big responsibility on both of us. I think that we are doing justice to it, me as a producer and my brother Vishal as hero. We wish to produce many more movies that could enthrall the audiences.' The audio is being marketed by Aditya Music.
