<i>Chandrahaas</i> set for release on April 6

Chandrahaas is all set for release on April 6. Chandrahaas is the sword given by Goddess Bhavani to Chatrapati Shivaji. It is not known as to what happened to the sword after the death of Shivaji. The film tries to portray the repercussion if the sword were to surface now. The film has been directed Shiva Shakti Datta, produced by Haranath Policharla under the Concept Films banner. Haranath plays the lead role in the film with Astha Singhal as the female lead. The unique feature of the film is that Super Star Krishna is playing Chatrapati Sivaji in the film. Executive producer G Nagakoteswara Rao says, 'We are planning to launch the audio in the first half of March and release the film on April 6. Saratbabu, Sujata, Abbas, Punith Issar and Satyaprakash are in the lead croles. The music has been rendered by Keeravani.
