Yesterday, that is May 17 was oomph girl Charmi's birthday. But you better not ask her age because she has a ready-made philosophical answer that would make you even more curious. The fact is that she wants to be 18 till she dies.

This sexy actress celebrated her birthday in style along with the unit of her latest film Mantra yesterday. "I will be forever 18," said Charmi on asked about her age. She also denied the reports that she is in love with a film personality. "Media has been making news out of my supposed marriage. I don't know when I am going to get married. If you inform me the groom's name and muhurat, I will come and attend," she said.

Charmi is happy with the way her career is heading. Her strength is her looks and glamour, and she is using them to the fullest. She has acted in over 25 films so far since making film debut with Nee Thodu Kavali in 2002. She has acted with big stars like Simbu, Venkatesh, Akkineni Nagarjuna, Prabhas, Siddharth, Ravi Teja, Sumanth, Nitin, and Jr. NTR. Today, she is a busy actress with offers keep pouring in.

She plays the lead role in Mantra, a thriller flick being produced by Kalyan Ram and directed by Tulsiram. She is also going to act in Kannada film for the first time with Lava Kusha, which also stars superstar Upendra, Shivaraj Kumar and Jennifer Kotwal. She is paired opposite Upendra in this film being produced by Prabhakar and directed by Om Sai Prakash. Her list of films doesn't end here. She is also going to act with actor Srikanth and Sneha in a new film to be produced by Dr. D Ramanaidu and directed by Muppalaneni.
