Megastar Chiranjeevi is all set to launch his maiden directorial venture which will commence from October. The script work for this project is proceeding in fullswing, and it will be his 150th film in his 25 year long career.
According to sources, three Tamil writers, Bhoopathy (he is also a director in Tamil), Krishnaswamy, and Vallarasu are working on the project.
The story of the film has drawn its inspiration from a real life historical character from Andhra Pradesh. Initially Chiranjeevi wanted to sign up with mega director Shankar for this project. But later he decided to direct himself with the help of some Tamil directors and writers.
Chiranjeevi is currently holidaying in London and will return to Hyderabad in a week's time. The actor is likely to disclose the details about this film after his return.
