Chiranjeevi's next with director Shankar

Director Shankar is one of the most popular directors of Kollywood now. There is a race among the producers to sign him for their projects. Oscar Films Ravichandiran is already in talks with him. But it seems like Shankar may not give his precious contract to any of the above production houses or personalities. After Shivaji, he would be directing a Telugu movie with Chiranjeevi in the lead role. Thiruppathi Prasad will be the producer of this film. Actually, Prasad had signed an agreement with Shankar to make a Telugu film after Anniyan. But AVM Saravanan requested him to allow Shankar to undertake the Rajini starrer Shivaji, deeemed as a mega film of South film Industry. To compensate this loss, AVM has given the Telugu rights of Shivaji to Prasad.
