<i>Deevena</i> begins shoot

The shooting of Deevena directed and produced by M Jayasimha Reddy on the banner of Jayasimha Productions began recently. Though several films came with the life history of Jesus Christ. But the director cum producer says, this film had some special points which were never touched by any others. The muhurat shot was picturised on Nagabhairava Arunkumar who played the role of Jesus Christ at the hillocks of Chitrapuri Colony. Father Vivek gave the clap and the director cum producer himself switched on the camera. The regular shooting of the film would begin from January 22 and there will be five songs to be tuned by music director Devendra. Camera is by Anand, art is by Vijayakrishna, story, dialogues, screenplay, producer and direction are by M Jayasimha Reddy.
