Jaya to direct film for Sri Sairupa Creations

Director B Jaya, who recently brought out successful film Gundammagari Manavadu had agreed to direct a film for Sri Sairupa Creations.

Producer Thota Venkateswara Reddy debut venture was Student. The film failed to achieve expected result. Now he is making efforts to start his new venture under the direction of B Jaya.

Talking to journalists, he said, 'I liked the way B Jaya moulded Gundammagari Manavadu on the screen. She has come up with another interesting subject based on a real life incident. I liked it too. The shooting of the film would begin in August. A popular hero would play the lead role and details of other cast and credits would be announced soon'.

Director Jaya said, 'This film would be different from all my earlier films and it would be an action as well as mass entertainer, with lots of commercial elements and mafia in its backdrop. The story is about an incident that took place in Hyderabad some time ago. The entire film would run around four characters. So far, my films Chantigadu, Premikulu and Gundammagari Manavadu were based on simple subjects and made on limited budget. But my latest venture would be a heavy budget movie and we are planning to release the film in December.'
