Athidi on the verge of completion

People don't seem to have enough of hero Mahesh Babu following the stupendous success of Pokiri, which has Ileana as his heroine. Now, film buffs are expecting the moon from his latest offering Athidi, which is on the verge of completion. He acts with Bollywood beauty Amrita Rao in this much-hyped film.

The shooting of the film is currently progressing at a fast pace in various parts of Delhi and Rajasthan. It has been in the news for quite sometime now. Mahesh Babu's hairstyle is said to be one of the highlights of the film with the actor spending Rs.8 to 10 lakhs on getting the right style. Now, another news is doing the rounds that its story is similar to that of Krishna's hit film Ramarajyamlo Bheemaraju. Nobody knows the true story but the current remaking trend in Tollywood has strengthened the talks of story lifting.

Surender Reddy is directing it and Mahesh Babu's brother G Ramesh Babu is producing it on Krishna Pictures Private Limited banner. Prakash Raj and Kota Srinivasa Rao also play vital roles in it. Plans are on to release it on Mahesh Babu's birthday on August 9.
