Mayabazaar stage version

Mayabazaar produced on the banner of Vijaya is immemorable. Whenever we have to talk about top 10 Telugu classic films, one among them would be Mayabazaar. The same is being staged as a play during the Diamond Jubilee celebrations, with several top stars playing different roles. Already Balakrishna was said to have chosen for the role of Duryodhana and AVS is playing Sakuni. SV Ranga Rao played the role of Ghatotkacha in the classic Mayabazaar.

Now the same is being played by Nagendrababu on the stage show. Ali and Brahmanandam are playing the roles of Lambu and Jambu, students of Rakshasa Guru. Bangalore Padma is donning the role of Hidimbi, played by Suryakantham those days. It is still not clear who are playing the roles of Lord Krishna and Abhimanyu, which are also very important characters. Rumours are agog that Suman and Nagarjuna may be roped in those characters. One had to wait and watch for more information. However, the multistarrer would be a feast for the eyes of the audiences.
