Posani ready for change

The writer, director and producer of Operation Duryodhana Posani Krishna Murali expressed serious displeasure over the agitations made by the students and other activists of Telangana region.

"I am not against separate Telangana State. There are no scenes that would offend the separate Telangana movement in our film. I just don't understand why the TRS activists are agitating against my film. I am ready to delete the scenes which they feel offensive if the TRS activists and leaders explain to me," said the director. "Films that make the audience rethink come very rarely. Long ago, a film like Pratighatana came and now it is Operation Duryodhana. Do you think we should not explain the realities to the people? Should the people remain innocent about the happenings around them? In fact, I have got a family after I reached Hyderabad. I spent Rs.3 lakhs from my pocket to extend medical aid to two poor people in Telangana region. Now, you can understand that I am not against separate Telangana State. I once again repeat that I am ready to delete any scene which are claimed to be offensive against the separate Telangana state movement," he added.
