The
Hindi
film
Don
will
be
remade
for
a
seventh
time
and
the
honour
of
the
sixth
remake
goes
to
the
Telugu
film
Industry.
The
film
was
initially
released
in
1978
was
the
biggest
hit
ever
then.
The
same
was
remade
in
Tamil
named
Billa
and
in
Telugu
named
Yugandhar.
The
Tamil
remake
has
Rajinikanth
playing
the
lead
role
while
the
Telugu
version
has
NTR
playing
the
lead
role.
Now
the
Telugu
remake
of
the
film
will
be
remade
for
the
sixth
time.
Yugandhar
will
be
remade
now.
So
the
film's
Hindi,
Tamil
and
Telugu
version
was
initially
remade
in
the
70's
–
80's
and
now
these
remakes
each
have
been
remade
with
their
respective
languages
with
the
film
title
being
kept
the
same.
Director
P
Vasu
will
direct
the
film.
Incidentally
his
father
Peetambaram
Garu
directed
the
orignal
Yugandhar.
The
film
was
a
big
hit
in
Telugu
too.
The
film's
Hindi
orignal
had
Amitabh
Bachchan
and
the
remake
has
Shahrukh
Khan
playing
the
lead
role.
A
Telugu
remake
of
the
same
film
is
presently
being
shot
with
Nagarjuna
in
the
lead.
Its
Tamil
version
Billa
had
Rajinikanth
and
the
remake
has
Ajith
playing
the
lead
role.
A
young
and
powerful
has
been
decided
for
the
lead
role
in
the
film.
There
wont
be
any
changes
in
the
basic
story
of
the
film.
The
film
will
simply
be
remade
using
the
latest
technology
available.
So
will
NTR
Jr.
reprise
his
grandfather's
role?
If
he
does,
he
would
have
passed
the
toughest
test
of
his
career
acid
test
for
him.
