Nagarjuna releases Smita's album

Nagarjuna released Smita's latest self-titled album at an impressive function held at Novotel, Hyderabad. The album has been produced in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. Speaking at the launch, Nagarjuna said that he was a big fan of Smita's performance.

Smita has released this album after a four-year gap; her last releases were 'Kalakkal' in Tamil and 'Club Mix' in Telugu. Sharwanand, V.N. Aditya, Ramana Gogula, Gunnam Gangaraju, Rahul (Happy Days hero), music directors Sajid Wajid and Sony BMG's representatives were present at the launch.

Smita's album features nine tracks composed by music duo Sajid-Wajid. The 'Mahi Ve' and 'Nach Le' tracks are being choreographed by choreographer Bosco-Ceasar. Smita said at the launch that she would continue to be grateful to people who helped her carve a career as a singing star.

She also performed live for a few minutes, much to the audience's delight.
