Recently,
when
producer
Allu
Arvind
visited
the
temple
town
of
Tirupati
to
worship
at
the
Lord
Venkateshwara
temple,
he
received
a
VIP's
welcome.
He
was
there
to
scout
for
a
suitable
location
for
Chiranjeevi's
public
meeting,
where
he
will
be
announcing
his
party
launch.
Hundreds
of
Chiranjeevi's
fans
were
at
Renigunta
airport
to
give
a
traditional
welcome
to
Chiranjeevi's
brother-in-law
with
garlands,
etc.
While
visiting
suitable
sites
for
the
proposed
public
meeting,
local
strongman
and
producer,
N.V.
Prasad,
accompanied
Arvind.
Prasad
was
defeated
in
the
previous
Assembly
elections
when
he
stood
as
a
TDP
candidate.
He
introduced
many
of
Chiranjeevi's
fans,
who
volunteered
their
help,
to
Arvind.
Later,
when
he
spoke
to
the
press,
he
said
that
he
was
not
involved
with
Chiranjeevi's
party.
He
was
quoted
as
saying,
"I
just
accompanied
Allu
Arvind
to
show
him
the
locations
for
the
public
meeting
at
his
request.
I
had
previously
arranged
the
100
days
function
of
Chiru's
Pasivadipranam,
the
shooting
for
some
vital
scenes
of
Indra
and
Tagore.
Here
too,
I
have
just
lent
a
helping
hand.
I
will
continue
with
Telugu
Desam
party
only."
