Devi Sri Prasad rebukes the media

A rumour that Devi Sri Prasad was making his film debut opposite Charmi spread like wildfire and the media had a field time fanning the flames. But then Devi Sri Prasad made a statement categorically denying any desire to act and said that he is currently interested in making music only for movies, not in acting.

The media had also carried reports that Charmi is Devi Sri Prasad's ex-flame, though no one seemed to very sure of that fact. This has prompted Devi Sri Prasad to come out and apologize publicly to Charmi, declaring that he is not acting with her nor is he in love with the lovely lady.

Devi Sri Prasad also severely reprimanded the media for spreading rumours linking both of them together without proof and also for reporting that they are romancing each other in a movie. He maintained that music was and is only his love.

Charmi's is awaiting the release of 16 Days, famous for her lip-lock with co-star Arvind, which releases on November 21st.
