Jyothilakshmi-Namitha spice up Jagan Mohini

Jagan Mohini is a remake of a popular yesteryear film of the 70's. Raja, Namitha and Meera Chopra are acting in the remake along with yesteryears pin-up girl Jyothilakshmi (who was in the original Jaganmohini) returning in this version as Namitha's mother.

Jagan Mohini is produced by H. Murali and directed by N.K. Viswanathan. The film is being made simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil. The underwater scenes that are being filmed in Andaman Islands will be one of the highlights of the film. Right now however, the shooting is progressing slowly as the tides are quite unpredictable and the film crew has been unable to shoot non-stop.

Ilayaraja has scored the music. Narasimha Raju, Yuvarani, Brahmanandam and Madanbabu are among the supporting star cast. The audio will be released in December and the movie during Sankranthi.
