Kotha
Bangaru
Lokam
(KBL),
with
the
tagline
'Waiting
for
you',
directed
by
Srikanth
Addala,
presented
by
Anitha
and
produced
by
Dil
Raju
under
Sri
Venkateswara
Creations
banner
stars
Varun
Sandesh
and
Swetha
Prasad.
The
producer
is
making
efforts
to
release
the
film
during
Dussera.
Talking
to
the
media,
cinematographer
Chota
K.
Naidu
said,
"I
was
inspired
after
watching
Maro
Charitra
long
ago.
My
dream
to
work
for
such
a
great
love
epic
has
been
fulfilled
by
working
for
this
movie.
To
bring
out
a
good
film
needs
a
good
subject,
good
banner
and
the
best
team.
This
film
has
all
those
qualities."
Dil
Raju
explained,
"Earlier
we
thought
of
producing
this
film
with
a
limited
budget.
With
all
new
faces
and
technicians,
we
started
the
film
with
a
plan
to
complete
it
in
60
days.
With
the
director
being
a
novice,
we
thought
a
senior
cinematographer
would
be
of
immense
help
and
chose
Chota
as
our
cameraman.
After
listening
to
his
music,
we
booked
Mickey
J.
Meyer
as
music
director
and
Varun
Sandesh
as
the
hero.
According
to
the
characterization
in
the
movie,
we
selected
other
artistes.
Though
the
shooting
was
delayed
due
to
some
technical
problems,
all
those
who
watched
the
rushes
have
complimented
us
for
waiting
to
complete
the
scenes
involving
Prakashraj.
He
gave
a
superlative
performance.
Generally,
I
have
the
habit
of
staying
at
the
shooting
spot,
but
I
did
not
go
frequently
this
time
and
left
the
responsibility
to
Srikanth
and
Chota.
The
film
came
out
very
well.
We
will
release
the
film
on
October
9
as
Dussera
gift.
Moreover,
we
have
a
sentiment
attached
to
the
Dussera
holidays.
Bommarillu
in
2006
and
Happy
Days
in
2007
were
Dussera
releases
and
they
were
superlative
box-office
performers.
We
are
sure
that
our
latest
film
KBL
will
repeat
the
magic
this
year."
