Madhavan's
Telugu
debut,
Nenu
Tanu
Aame
(earlier
titled
Adi
Oka
Idhi
Le)
is
now
in
the
post
production
stage.
Previously,
Madhavan's
fans
would
recollect
that
Nenu
Tanu
Aame,
was
titled
Leelai
in
Tamil
and
that
title
also
has
been
changed
to
Naan
Aval
Adhu.
Directed
by
Kona
Venkat,
Nenu
Tanu
Aame
is
Storm
Pictures'
debut
production
in
Telugu.
Earlier,
this
movie
was
to
have
been
produced
by
Ram
Gopal
Varma
Productions,
but
for
some
obscure
reason,
this
project
was
dropped,
only
to
be
taken
up
by
Storm
Pictures.
R.
Madhavan
,
Sada,
Shamita
Shetty
are
in
the
lead
roles
with
Sunil
Varma
,
Vizag
Prasad
and
Sayaji
Shinde
in
the
supporting
cast.
Music
is
composed
by
R.
P.
Patnaik
and
G.
V.
Prakash.
The
biggest
highlight
of
the
film
is
that
this
is
Madhavan's
entry
into
Telugu
films
with
a
'straight'
Telugu
film.This
is
also
the
directorial
debut
of
the
famous
writer,
Kona
Venkat.
This
will
also
be
Shamita
Shetty's
(Shilpa
Shetty's
sister)
Telugu
debut.
With
all
these
firsts
to
its
credit,
the
movie
has
a
lot
to
live
up
to
and
will
surely
make
its
money
as
the
curiosity
factor
will
be
at
fever
pitch.
The
dubbing,
background
score
and
sound
effects
part
of
the
post
production
phase
has
been
wrapped
and
the
final
mixing
is
in
progress.
The
audio
launch
will
be
held
on
27th
August
at
Taj
Banjara
in
Hyderabad.
The
film
is
slated
to
hit
theatres
in
September
2008.
