Will Dharmavarapu's patience bear fruit?

Shooting of a film directed by Ramkumar and produced by Raja RR under the banner of Raja Film Factory with Dharmavarapu Subramanyam and Arti Agarwal in the lead was launched at Annapurna Studios in Hyderabad on Thursday. Dr D Ramanaidu gave the clap, Ramesh Prasad switched on the camera for the muhurat shot picturised under the honorary direction of Tammareddy Bharadwaja.

Speaking on the occasion, Dharmavarapu said, “Several proposals came to me offering the hero"s roles in the past some time. However, I waited for a suitable subject and an apt character. After Ramkumar narrated the story, I noticed that it would suit me best and agreed to play the lead role. It is a good entertainer and I am playing the role of a person, who wants to marry after getting settled in life. Raja, the producer of the film, has a good taste in making a film and he is making his debut through this movie."

Ramkumar said, “Earlier I had directed films like Tinnama, Padukunnama, Tellarinda and Ammayi-Abbayi. This film has lots of emotions and a full-time entertainer. We have plans to complete the entire film in three schedules. The regular shooting will begin on August 18 and will continue till August 25 in Hyderabad. For the second schedule, we are planning to shift to Srisailam. Canning of songs would begin after completing the talkie and we will wrap up the shooting with this third schedule."

Raghubabu, MS Narayana, Krishna Bhagawan, AVS, Jeeva, LB Sriram, Surya, Alex, Ashokkumar, Duvvasi Mohan, Gundu Hanumanta Rao, Visweswara Rao, Kalyani, Allari Subhashini, Dasanna, Chandu, Vishnuvardhan Reddy and others are in the cast.Dialogues are by Deepika Raju, music is by Vandematram Srinivas, camera is by Paidala Srinivas, while editing is by Ramesh K.
