Nithin and Hansika are pairing up for Seetharamula Kalyanam (Lankalo) directed by Eswar and produced by Vijayprasad Malla on the banner of Welfare Creations. Presently the film is shooting its climax at Athadu house in Hyderabad. Speaking on the occasion, producer Vijayaprasad says, “I had earlier produced a film Siddu from Sikakulam and again took up this project with the same director, as the film earned me a good name. We have just concluded a schedule in a village set at Nanakramguda. But for the shooting of a two-day patchwork and canning of two songs, we have almost wrapped up the shooting. Nithin would appear in a special way in this movie. Anoop scored melodious tunes to all the songs. We have decided to launch the audio in Vizag on December 19 and release the film on January 8."
Nithin says, “As the title suggested, the film is a clean family entertainer. The tagline Lankalo brought life to the entire film. I am doing this film with a commitment as I liked the subject so much. In fact the story is very close to my heart." Hansika says, “Everyone in the unit worked with energy for the film on the sets. The film came out excellently and I am ready to do another film on this banner if I get a chance again." Director Eswar says, “We have canned two songs in Austria. I am very confident that the film would be a big hit. In the epic, Rama goes in search of Sita, but what this Ramu did by going to Lanka is the subject. I am sure that the film would give the expected break to Nithin." Fight master Ram says, “We choreographed the action scenes in a novel and different manner."
Music director Anoop says, “The director gave me good situational gaps for songs. There are a total of five songs." Saleem Panda, Brahmanandam, Ali, MS Narayana, Venumadhav, Jayaprakash Reddy, Chandramohan, Subbaraju, Jeeva, Duvvasi Mohan and others are in the cast. Story is by Vikram Raj and Mukund Pandey, dialogues are by Thota Prasad and Vikram Raj, lyrics are by Bhuvanachandra, Sai Sriharsha and Anant Sriram, action is by Ram-Lakshman, cinematography is by M Joshi, editing is by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, while screenplay and direction are by Eswar.
