Puri
Jagannath
has
set
aside
his
brother,
Sairam
Shankar's
film,
to
make
a
film
with
Prabhas.
The
ace
director
was
to
have
started
work
on
Sairam
Shankar's
debut
film
sometime
this
month.
But
the
latest
buzz
is
that
since
Neninthe
did
not
do
as
well
as
was
expected
at
the
box-office,
Puri
Jagannath
has
decided
to
start
work
on
a
film
with
a
more
commercially
viable
hero
and
prove
his
mettle.
Since
Neninthe
has
not
fared
well
at
the
box-office,
most
producers
are
apprehensive
about
taking
up
Puri
Jagannath's
film
with
his
debutant
brother
in
the
lead.
Prabhas
who
worked
with
Puri
Jagannath
in
Bujjigadi
Made
In
Chennai
was
approached
and
the
young
star
readily
agreed
to
act
in
Puri's
film.
Puri
was
to
have
started
films
with
the
likes
of
Pawan
Kalyan
and
Mahesh
Babu
but
these
films
would
be
mega-budget
extravaganzas
and
will
take
time
to
go
into
production.
So
he
will
first
direct
a
film
starring
Prabhas
which
Aditya
Ram
has
agreed
to
produce.
Prabhas
will
begin
shooting
as
soon
he
completes
Billa
(Telugu
version).
