Radhika Apte to sizzle in RGV’s Rakta Charitra

It is well aware that Ram Gopal Varma is making a film titled Rakta Charitra based on the real life incidents of the slain political leader Paritala Ravindra. Already Vivek Oberoi and Surya have been selected for the lead roles. Very recently the director selected Radhika Apte of Mumbai for the role of Paritala Sunita. The unit had released the stills containing her get-up in the film to the film magazines.

The director claims that his film will have a fictitious story inspired by the real life people and real life incidents, as the story is totally based on the faction culture of Rayalaseema region. The film will have a subject which is similar to the rivalry between Paritala Ravi and Maddelacheruvu Suri. It is worth mentioning that Mohanbabu is portraying a role which is similar to NTR. The film is being made simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil and Hindi languages.

The director says, “You can"t find a hero or a villain in some of my films like Satya and Company. Likewise, in Rakta Charitra too, you can"t just differentiate who is the hero. The incidents and the emotions would remain a highlight of the movie." Madhu Mantena and Sheetal Vinod Talwar are producing the film on the banner of Synergy Productions.
