Dil Raju acquires Shankar's 3 Rascals (Nanban)

Producer Dil Raju has acquired the dubbed version of forthcoming Tamil movie Nanban, which is titled 3 Rascals in the Telugu. The filmmaker, who is known for having sound business sense, opted to acquire the theatrical rights considering the success rate of director Shankar.

Sources say that Dil Raju has bought the Telugu rights and has paid a good price for it. As Shankar's earlier movies like Anniyan, Endhiran, etc., have done good business at the Box Office, the Telugu producer decided to acquire the distribution rights. He will be releasing the movie throughout Andhra Pradesh.

Meanwhile, the makers of the forthcoming Tamil movie are fully set for the audio launch of Nanban. The music will hit the stands on December 23.

Shankar directorial 3 Rascals is a remake of Bollywood blockbuster 3 Idiots. The upcoming movie stars Jeeva, Srikanth, Ileana D'Cruz, and Sathyaraj.
