Nayantara-Priyamani considered for Telugu Bodyguard

Malayali girls Nayantara and Priyamani are in the race for Venkatesh starrer next film, which is a remake of Malayalam blockbuster Bodyguard. It has been revealed that the makers of the film are considering them to play Venkatesh's leading lady in the film.

Reports say that Venkatesh is interested to cast Nayantara opposite him. It is because their chemistry had received good response from the audience for the films like Tulasi and Lakshmi. Adding to that she had played the female lead in original version. But the actor is not sure whether the actress would accept his offer or not, as she is planning to tie the knot with Prabhu Deva in June.

On the other hand, makers of the film has kept Priyamani, as their second choice. Unconfirmed sources say that she is likely to be part of the project, as Nayantara has decided to bid goodbye to the film industry. Soon, we can expect the official news about the cast and crew of the film, adds a source.

However, Gopichand Malineni of Don Seenu fame is directing the film. The movie bosses are yet to finalize the title. The movie will hit the floors in April.
