Parvathi Melton spices up Mahesh Babu's Dookudu

Action movies are incomplete without item songs. Especially in Telugu films, the movie bosses make it a point to have a special number to grab the mass attention. Continuing this trend, the makers of Dookudu have also roped in Parvathi Melton for a hot number in the forthcoming Telugu film.

Sources say that Parvathi Melton has recently signed for the item song in Dookudu. Indeed, the shooting of the song has been started today at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. The song is reportedly shot under the direction of a leading choreographer.

The item song, 'Poovai poovai...' is being shot on Mahesh Babu, Parvathi Melton along with a group dancers. It is said that the number will come to an end by tomorrow. Thus, paving way for its release on September 23.

The movie, which stars Mahesh Babu, Samantha and Prakash Raj in the leads, is directed by Srinu Vytla and jointly produced by Anil Sunkara and Gopichand Achanta.
