RGV introducing Madhu Shalini to Bollywood

Ram Gopal Varma, who has been introducing South talents to the Bollywood, is all set to launch yet another lass from the Telugu film industry. After Lakshmi Manchu, now Madhu Shalini is making her debut in the Hindi film industry with upcoming film Department.

Talking about her role, delighted Madhu Shalini claims that she is playing the role of a gangster along with Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt and Rana Daggubati in Department. Her role is of a daring, ambitious gal. The movie is not a typical underworld-police story rather the filmmaker has etched it in an unconventional way.

The actress reveals that she accidentally bagged the role. Madhu Shalini was in Mumbai, when the audition for the cast was on. Having dreamt of working with Ram Gopal Varma, she decided to give it a try and she got selected. The 20-year-old concludes that she is raring to start the shooting, which will start in September.
