I'm lucky to be part of Rajamouli's Eega: Nani

Telugu actor Nani, who made his debut in films with Ashta Chamma, is all excited about the release of his latest movie Eega, which is set to hit the screens across the globe tomorrow (July 6). Although he has a small role in the movie, he feels lucky to be a part of this project and he could not stop praising director SS Rajamouli for giving him this opportunity.

Nani has about 20-30 minutes of screen time in the movie Eega. When asked about his small role, he quips that it does not matter to him and he does not mind playing a small role in a good film. What makes the movie so special for him? He says that the story has freshness and the idea is cute. Moreover, nobody has dared to do something like this before. He gushes that it has a lot of special effects.

When asked about his experience with Rajamouli, Nani says that the director is down to earth. He has a lot of positive energy that reflects in his work. He is very passionate about cinema and he works round the clock. Meanwhile, he says Sudeep is a classy guy and makes you feel scared with his performance and Samantha is glamourous and a good performer.

However, Nani is very confident about the success of the film Eega. He says that the movie will break the perception that only big starrer films score at the box office. Nani went on to add that the film will prove that with good content, a solid director can make a film without a superstar. Eega is said to be a landmark film. Not much has been done in graphics before this; it will set young filmmakers thinking on those lines.
