Ram Charan Teja has no time to celebrate the massive success of his
last week release Racha, as he has moved on to his next
project. The Magadheera actor has kick-started the
shooting of his Bollywood debut film Zanjeer, a cult
classic Hindi film of the same name starring Amitabh Bachchan.
The actor shared this latest development with his followers on
Twitter. The delighted star claimed that he was in Mumbai to take
part in the first schedule of the shooting. He wrote, “In Mumbai
shooting for the first schedule of Zanjeer. Its a GRT team
im working with.so pls wish them all the best !!!”
Despite facing opposition from Salim-Javed, the original writers
of Zanjeer, over copyright issues, the latest version took
off yesterday under the direction of Apoorva Lakhia. The upcoming
Hindi film is produced by Prakash Mehra and Priyanka Chopra is
likely to pair up with Ram Charan Teja in the movie.
Meanwhile, Ram Charan Teja's Racha is heading towards
creating a new history at the Telugu Box Office. The movie recorded
Rs 15 plus crore in the first weekend.
