Now, the makers of the film have planned to make it available to the broader set of audience by adding English sub titles to the Telugu version. The producers' decision is coming after overseas distributors urged them to do so.
SS Rajamouli took to his Twitter account today to confirm the news. The director tweeted, "Message from our overseas distributors ... Adding sub-titles from this saturday in major cities NJ, VA, Chicago, Atlanta, Bay Area & LA." He added, "Adding sub-titles from this saturday in major cities in USA... New Jersey,Virginia,Chicago,Atlanta,LA & Fremont,CA."
Eega is an epic socio-fantasy film, which revolves around the revenge of a housefly. The movie is all about a guy, who takes rebirth as a housefly to save his girlfriend from a villain. The story, narration, special effects and Sudeep's performance are the highlights of the film, which has been raved by the viewers in USA.
However, Eega has raked in nearly one million dollars in America in a span of just two weeks. After it got huge response in the USA, the makers had increased the number of screens and shows of the film in the second week. Adding English sub-titles is latest attempt to boost its collection. With this, they want to target the local English speaking folk.
