Recently, he was shooting for an intense action scene, when he accidentally got punched on the jaw. The injury was a bit severe.

Hence, Rana Daggubati was immediately rushed to a private hospital, where he underwent a jaw surgery. Since he was hurt badly, doctors had suggested him some rest for a few days. However, the actor has now recovered well and from what we hear has even resumed his shooting for the film Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum.

However, it should be recalled that Rana Daggubati had suffered a severe injury on his arm while shooting an action sequence for Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum in April 2012.
