Salman, Ajay vying for Venky's Shadow remake rights?

Vicktory Venkatesh's upcoming movie Shadow is one of the most-awaited movies in Telugu. The first look video of the film has created lot of curiosity among viewers. The makers are yet to finalise its release date. But much before that its remake rights have got a great demand in Bollywood. Superstars like Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn are reportedly vying for its Hindi remake rights.

It is reported that Venkatesh had narrated the brief story of Shadow to Salman Khan when the two had met at Ram Charan's marriage party and the latter had expressed his willingness to do the same in Hindi. Later, his brother-in law Atul Agnihotri had heard its detailed story from director Meher Ramesh and reportedly finalised to remake it.

Now, sources from the production team claim that Ajay Devgn has watched the trailer of Shadow and was impressed with Venkatesh's different avatars in it. He thinks that it would be tailor-made role for him. Sources add that the Bollywood actor had recently invited Meher Ramesh for a discussion. However, the director admits meeting Ajay, but denies any discussion on remake of Shadow.
