Samantha gets Rs 1 crore plot from Bellamkonda?

Actress Samantha, who is now basking in the success of her film Eega, is one of the most sought after actresses in the South India film industry. She is now said to have achieved what other popular South Indian actresses like Ileana, Trisha, Genelia and Tammana have not done so far. It is reported that she has got a 1,000-1,500 square yard-plot worth Rs 1 crore at Gandipet in Hyderabad from producer Bellamkonda Suresh.

Reports suggest that Bellamkonda Suresh, who is currently making a film with Siddharth and Samantha, has offered a Rs 1 crore plot to the actress as remuneration for doing a film for him. The producer, who has sought her dates for December 2012, wants to launch his son Sai and he has reportedly blocked her dates for a big-ticket launch film for him.

Samantha has several offers in Tollywood and she is currently working in films with Mahesh Babu, Siddharth and Naga Chaitanya. Many speculated that she would settle down in Hyderabad. Talking about the rumours, her manager Mahendra said that they are all baseless reports. She has neither got a plot in Hyderabad nor plans to settle in Hyderabad. "She's happy in Chennai," the Deccan Chronicle quotes him as saying.

However, reports suggest that VV Vinayak has declared that he wants to direct Sai in his debut film. He has reportedly said that Bellamkonda Suresh has given a break as a director with Aadi. Now, the director wants to give a break to the producer's son. It should be seen whether Samantha will join hands with Vinayak for Sai's success.
