Allari
Naresh's
latest
movie
Sudigadu
has
opened
to
a
very
good
response
at
the
worldwide
Box
Office.
Especially,
this
Telugu
comedy
film
has
done
wonderful
collections
at
the
USA
collection
centres
in
the
first
weekend.
It
has
beaten
the
collection
record
of
Ravi
Teja's
recent
release
Devudu
Chesina
Manushulu
in
the
country
with
a
very
big
margin.
According
to
trade
analyst
Taran
Adarsh,
Sudigadu,
which
is
an
adaptation
of
hit
Tamil
film
Tamizh
Padam,
has
received
one
of
the
best
openings
at
the
USA
Box
Office.
The
movie,
which
hit
the
screens
in
the
country
on
Thursday,
scored
Rs
24.55
lakhs
($44,255)
at
the
collection
centres
on
Thursday
and
Friday.
Sudigadu
showed
a
very
big
jump
in
its
business
on
the
following
days.
The
movie
collected
Rs
45+
lakhs
on
Saturday
and
Sunday
at
the
American
Box
Office.
It
has
grossed
a
total
of
Rs
69.83
lakhs
($125,484)
in
four-day-extended
first
weekend.
Its
performance
is
far
better
than
several
of
recent
Telugu
releases
in
the
country.
However,
Ravi
Teja's
film
Devudu
Chesina
Manushulu,
which
was
released
in
a
limited
number
of
theatres
in
USA
on
August
17,
has
received
an
average
response
in
the
country.
The
movie
has
collected
Rs
10.20
lakhs
($18,321)
in
ten
days.
Its
collection
seems
to
be
very
low
before
Sudigadu.
