Allari
Naresh's
recent
release
Sudigadu
has
overtaken
Nandamuri
Balakrishna's
new
release
Srimannarayana
at
the
USA
Box
Office
in
its
second
weekend.
Srimannarayana
has
failed
to
draw
the
viewers
to
the
theatres
in
the
country.
The
per
screen
average
is
even
lower
than
that
of
old
release
Julayi.
Trade
analysts
in
Tollywood
circle
had
predicted
that
Srimannarayana
would
affect
the
collection
of
Sudigadu
in
America
in
its
opening
weekend.
But
Balakrishna
starrer
has
failed
to
make
it
big
at
the
USA
Box
Office.
The
movie
has
collected
Rs
9.41
lakhs
($16,938)
from
16
screens.
With
this,
it
has
landed
in
the
second
spot
in
the
collection
chart
of
the
country.
Whereas,
last
week's
release
Sudigadu
has
continued
to
rock
the
Telugu
viewers
in
America.
The
film
has
collected
$51,210
from
19
screens
at
the
USA
Box
Office
with
the
per
screen
average
working
out
to
$2,695.
The
movie
has
grossed
a
total
of
Rs
1.04
crores
($1,87,570)
in
11
days
in
the
country.
Meanwhile,
Allu
Arjun's
movie
Julayi,
which
was
released
on
August
8
in
the
country,
is
still
giving
a
tough
competition
to
new
releases.
The
film
has
collected
$17,276
from
8
screens
at
the
USA
Box
Office
with
its
fourth
weekend
total
reaching
Rs
4.57
crores
($8,22,541).
Its
per
screen
average
$2,160
is
far
better
than
that
of
Srimannarayana,
which
has
collected
an
average
of
$1,059
per
screen.
