The rumours about the debut of Akkineni Nagarjuna younger son Akhil has been doing rounds in the Telugu film industry, but his family has time and again slammed the reports. Of late, it was being speculated that the brother of Naga Chaitanya would be making his acting debut with Trivikram Srinivas upcoming directorial venture. However, Akhil has rubbished the rumours saying that he will make his cinematic debut with filmmaker Trivikram's movie.
Upset Akhil took to his Twitter page to slam the reports about
his debut and tweeted, "Hey guys, couple of rumours going around
that I'm going to be working with Trivikram for my first film. I
love his work no doubt, but it isn't true! No movie has been signed
and no story has been heard. (I) just wanted to clear this out." He
further wrote, "I'm excited to work with him soon though."
However, Akhil has already starred in a film, but it was as a baby. He was featured as the baby in Sisindri alongside his father. This movie was the Telugu version of Hollywood movie Baby's Day Out. Addressing the audio launch function of his nephew's film Adda, Nagarjuna had informed that Akhil will make his debut soon. But he had denied the claims that he will make his debut through his multi-starrer family movie Manam.
