Hrithik Roshan's Krrish 3 is one of the most-awaited and highly-talked about movies in India. The makers of the movie have planned to release its Telugu version in a record number of theatres in Andhra Pradesh. As per Box Office prediction of Tollywood experts, the third installment in the Krrish series would halt the rocking run of Nagarjuna's Bhai, Pawan Kalyan's Attarintiki Daredi (AD) and Junior NTR's Ramayya Vasthavayya (RV).
The theatrical rights of Krrish 3 for Andhra Pradesh have reportedly been sold for a whopping price of Rs 10.50 crores. The rights of Andhra-Ceeded area have fetched Rs 5 crores, while the film garnered Rs 4 crores from the rights of Hyderabad-Marthawada. Other areas like Krishna and Telangana districts have fetched Rs 50 lakhs and Rs 1 crore, respectively. Trade experts in the state describe this price as an 'all time highest record'.
Krrish 3, which will have 4,000 screens across India, is said to be releasing in more than 500 screens in the state alone and it is a record release for Hindi movie, opine the experts. As per the distributors, the film will release in a massive 175+ screens in Nizam. The count for Andhra-Ceeded is expected to reach 200 screens. Another 125 screens would be from Marathwada and other areas.
Except Vishal's Palnadu, no big film is releasing this Friday. Previous week's releases like Bhai, Attarintiki Daredi and Ramayya Vasthavayya are doing good business at the Box Office. But besides snatching a few important screens from them, Krrish 3 is all set to take toll on their collection. As per the Box Office predictions, the Hrithik Roshan starrer is likely to collect Rs 10 to 12 crores at the AP Box Office in the first week. Continue to read more in the slideshow.
