facing
a
criminal
case
for
allegedly
misbehaving
with
a
TV
artiste
at
a
friendship
day
party
on
Sunday
(August
4).
It
is
reported
that
the
friendship
day
party
was
held
at
the
office
of
music
director
Chakri
in
Srinagar
Colony
on
Sunday
night.
The
TV
artiste
attended
the
party
along
with
some
other
male
artistes.
She
has
lodged
a
complaint
against
Prasad
and
Chakri
at
the
Banjara
Hills
police
station
on
Monday
morning.
In
her
complaint,
the
artiste
has
stated
that
the
producer
Prasad
misbehaved
with
her.
She
alleged
that
Chakri
tried
to
pacify
her
saying
the
producer
would
give
her
a
role
in
his
next
film.
"The
woman
didn't
give
us
precise
details
but
in
the
complaint
she
charged
the
producer
with
outraging
her
modesty.
We
are
yet
to
register
her
statement," The
Hindu
quotes
Banjara
Hills
Station
Inspector
Murali
Krishna
as
saying.
Reports
further
claim
that
a
case
under
sections
354
(outraging
modesty
of
a
woman)
and
342
(wrongful
restraint)
of
Indian
Penal
Code
was
registered
against
Prasad
and
Chakri.
However,
the
name
of
the
victim
and
details
of
her
work
in
TV
industry
is
yet
to
be
revealed.
