Muhurtham photos: Jr NTR launches his new film Rabhasa

Hyderabad: It was reported last week that Kandireega fame Santosh Srinivas would direct actor Junior NTR and his upcoming Telugu movie, which has been tentatively titled Rabhasa would be launched on Valentine's day - February 14. But in an interesting development, producer Bellamkonda Suresh has preponed its muhurtham date of young tiger's new film by one day and held its opening ceremony this morning (February 13) in Hyderabad.

The launch of Junior NTR's new film Rabhasa was a grand ceremony, which was held at Annapoorna Studios in Hyderabad. The muhurtham event began with Lord Venkatesh's puja. Junior NTR himself started the shooting by sounding the clap. Chief guest VV Vinayak switched on the camera, while another guest Srinu Vytla directed the first shot.

Santosh Srinivas and Junior NTR first combo film Rabhasa is going to be an action entertainer with a good dose of comedy. It has been creating positive buzz much before it hit the floor. Young Tiger Junior NTR is playing the hero, while Samantha appears as his love interest. Bellamkonda Suresh is producing it with hefty amount. Devi Sri Prasad is composing the music, while Shyam K Naidu handles the camera work for the film.

However, the launch event of the movie Rabhasa was a grand function and Bellamkonda Suresh had made lavish arrangement for it. This opening ceremony was attended by several celebrities like Srinu Vytla, VV Vinayak, Meher Ramesh, Vamsi Paidipally, Nandini Reddy, Sampath Nandi, Boyapati Srinu and few others.
