Madhumati Audio Released; Makers Filing Case Against Udaya Bhanu
Telugu TV anchor-turned actress Udaya Bhanu, who was not present at the audio launch of her upcoming release Madhumati in the same language, has earned the ire of the film's makers, who plan to press charges against her in Movie Artistes Association and Producers Council (MAAPC).
Talking about Udaya Bhanu's absence at the audio launch, director Raj Sridhar told IANS, "Our producer is extremely upset that she wasn't present at the audio launch, which is considered an important phase in the promotional cycle of any film. Udaya didn't even bother to inform us about the reason for her absence." He added, "We are thinking of complaining against her in MAAPC."
During the shooting of Madhumati, Udaya Bhanu had turned down a song after agreeing to do it initially. "She had promised us to do a special song, but she turned it down later. We had to hunt for an actress at the last minute and finished the song with her," he said.

While Raj Shridhar penned lyrics for the film, Rajkiran has composed tunes for the songs of Madhumati. Rajkiran, Anjana, Sowmya, Bhargavi Pillaie and Suresh have crooned the songs. The music of the movie is fast and appealing and has an editorial quality that is more or less like a private album.

Satya V Prabhakar has handled the camera work for Madhumati, which will have Srinu's makeup work, Raju's costumes, Suresh's dance choregraphy and Panther Nagaraju's action choreography.
Madhumati Release Date
Madhumati is slated to release in theatres on April 24, 2014. It should be seen whether the movie, which has the running time of 179 minutes will be able to impress the film goers and give break to Udaya Bhanu.
