Naayak, SVSC to clash at Box Office
This Sankranthi, you will witness a big clash between the titans at the Tollywood Box Office. Yes! Two much-hyped and much-awaited Telugu movies like Naayak and Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu (SVSC) are set to test their fate at the ticket windows this weekend. Naayak will releases in theatres on January 9, while the latter hits the screens across the globe on January 11.

The much-anticipated movie Naayak is a big budget movie, which has been directed by VV Vinayak and produced by DVV Danayya under the banner Universal Media. Whereas another much-talked about film Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is also big budget movie, which has been directed by Srikanth Addala and produced by Dil Raju. Naayak has bagged 'A' certificates from the Censor Board, while SVSC got 'U' certificate.

Naayak is an action entertainer with other commercial ingredients and the movie stars Ram Charan Teja, Kajal Aggarwal and Amala Paul in the leads. The makers of the film have kept the story under wrap. The film was extensively shot in Hyderabad, Kolkata, Iceland and Slovenia. Now, it is set to more massive release. Allu Aravind, who has bought the rights for Nizam area, has planned to release in 296 screens (102 screens in Hyd and 194 screens in Dist) in this area.

Whereas Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is a multi-starrer family drama and it features Mahesh Babu, Victory Venkatesh, Samantha and Anjali in the leads. The makers of this film too have kept the story secret. The movie has been shot in a few important places in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Gujarat, Maharastra and Kerala. It is also releasing on a massive scale worldwide.

However, Naayak and Seethamma Vakitlo Sirimalle Chettu feature superstars and are carrying equal buzz. The fans of Ram Charan, Mahesh Babu and Venkatesh have already started their preparation for the hungama in anticipation of nothing less than super hits. It would be interesting to see how both movies will perform at the Box Office and which one of them will be a winner.
